Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 – 4 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there will be a significant delay.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:
We currently offer three shipping options within South Africa, managed through our courier partners:
1. Door-to-Door Courier: Delivery estimate is typically 3-5 business days from the time of dispatch. Cost: R180.
2. Locker-to-Locker Courier: Delivery estimate is typically 3-5 business days from the time of dispatch. Cost: R90.
3. Free Collection (Local Pickup): Available in Brackenfell, Cape Town]. You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification when your order is packed and ready for collection.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping:
We do not currently ship outside of the Republic of South Africa.
