General Policy:
Due to strict South African health and hygiene standards, and the perishable nature of our dried pet treats, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened or consumed. All sales are final on opened items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We will happily replace any product that arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item. You must notify us at gooddawgtreats@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the damaged goods and the original packaging.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before the order has been packaged for shipping. Once the order is handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
